Training your K9 companion is about building a bond and relationship. Most dog related issues are due to a lack of clear communication and leadership. Our goal is to give you the ability to communicate clearly and improve your relationship and bond with your dog. Each dog and their owner are unique and we will tailor a training program to meet the needs of each team.  We are able to train through motivation and reward but believe in balance as well. We train all breeds every dog is capable of learning and so is every owner!

We offer training for the following but are not limited to:

IPO Training

Basic Obedience

Advanced Obedience

Puppy Training & Household Manners

Off Leash Training

AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Preparedness

Competitive Obedience Training

Reactive/Aggressive Dog Training

Behavior Modification

Private Training

We can teach your dog a multitude of behaviors but if you don't know how to work with your dog you'll never reach your full potential as a team. Private lessons allow for individual one on one time to work on skills and problems. We ensure both you and your dog are getting the right training for your specific needs.

Board and Train

Your dog comes to stay with us in our house for intensive training. This allows us to lay the training foundations in a home setting. Training sessions can be throughout the day. Once all goals are met we will provide you with a graduation lesson at your home to review all the new skills your dog has gained and teach you how to maintain those new skills.

OUR FACILITY

Our newly built facility in Lovettsville, VA provides 12oo square feet of indoor training space. This is climate controlled for you and your dogs comfort. Additionaly agility mats are used for flooring for the safety and comfort of your dog. We also have over 5 acres of land for training outdoors.

Keys to Training

All training takes time and commitment. We pledge to give your our time, expertise and to teach you valuable skills that will increase the bond you have with your dog, in addition to teaching your dog obedience. However, all new skills require practice to maintain them.
